Summer Fruit Salad

10 c watermelon, chopped

2 ½ c blueberries

2 peaches, chopped

1 TBS RR&Co Summer Oxymel

1 TBS fresh squeezed lime juice

1 TBS Grand Marnier, optional

1 ½ TBS honey

1 ½ TBS mint, chopped



Whisk lime juice, RR&Co Summer Oxymel, honey and mint in large bowl to blend. Place watermelon, blueberries and peaches in a bowl. Drizzle syrup on fruit and gently toss to combine. Let stand 15 minutes before serving, or salad can be made ahead 3 hours and refrigerate.
