Marinated Albacore with Capers and Oxymel

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest 

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 1/2 tablespoons RR&Co. Raw Spring Oxymel

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup drained capers 

1/3 red onion, shaved

Fresh cracked pepper 

1 can of albacore tuna, drained and flaked



Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix in capers, red onion and pepper. Gently fold in tuna. Serve with crackers or on lettuce.
