Heirloom Garlic Vinaigrette

1 part RR&Co Heirloom Garlic Oxymel

2 parts Organic Olive Oil

Dash of Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste



Whisk Oxymel in a small bowl with mustard, salt and pepper. Then slowly beat in oil, whisking constantly. (Or place all the ingredients in a screw top jar and shake to combine). Taste and adjust seasonings, as desired.
